Phase 1

Decision basis

Digital modelling, process recipes and mockups. A complete decision basis before anything is built. Paid as a percentage of the total budget.

Phase 2

Execution

After approval: delivery and execution on site. All the way to a finished facility. No half deliveries.

A solution built for one coastline cannot be copied to the next. Every project is dimensioned to its location.
